The program fee is invoiced in advance. The fee shall be paid within 30 days of receiving the invoice. If the program application is received later than ten weeks before the start of the program, the payment must be made immediately and no later than the day before the start of the program. VAT is added to the program fee when applicable.
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy
Registration is binding. If you are prevented from attending the program, this should be notified in writing to the program admissions team immediately. If you cancel or rebook no later than six weeks before the start of the program, 50% of the program fee will be refunded. If you cancel and rebook later than six weeks before the start of the program, no refund will be made. In case of illness, a medical certificate must be presented. In such a case, after consultation with Stellar Capacity, the participant's organization is entitled to make use of the booked participation for another person. Refunding of the fee is not possible. If only parts of the program are missed, the program management will do its best to give the participant an update on the program material that has been covered.
Stellar Capacity may use your personal information provided on the forms for the purpose of maintaining contact with you, notifying you of the latest news, sending event invitations, or additional information we believe may be of interest for as long as you wish to continue. If you enroll in one of our programs, we will also use the same information to register you as a participant and send program evaluations. Stellar Capacity reserves the right to cancel the program whereby the program fee is refunded. No other costs will be reimbursed.
