As a Business Development Representative, you'll guide executive clients through our sales process and engage in exciting sales initiatives. Internship Focus

  • Identify and qualify leads for our programs.

  • Engage with potential clients through email, telephone, and virtual outreach.

  • Book and coordinate meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders.

  • Contribute to developing effective sales strategies.

  • Assist program advisors in the sales process.

  • Serve as the first point of contact, representing Stellar Capacity’s values and mission.

  • Provide insights and support to enhance our offerings and drive business growth.

Who you are

  • Sales-oriented with a strong desire to meet goals and achieve measurable results.

  • Comfortable using the phone to develop new customer relationships.

  • Interested in the digital field, with knowledge in digital development being a plus.

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, with a proven track record of turning ideas into action.

  • Committed to continuous growth, embracing learning and feedback as part of our DNA.

  • Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a drive to make a difference.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English or Swedish (fluency in both is a significant advantage).

You will be working with our multidisciplinary and growth-oriented team and will have the opportunity to learn about new technology developments as well as a wide variety of the domains and industries our clients are in.

We provide training, individual coaching, guidance and support, as well as valuable work experience helping to take your sales and people skills to the next level. 

A symbolic compensation is rewarded for this summer internship. For the right candidate, there are opportunities for employment after the internship. Many of our team members have started their careers with us as interns!
