Chief Business Development Officer

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proven leader to serve as our Chief Business Development Officer and drive our efforts to expand our presence across the Nordics and Europe. 

In this role, your mission will be to:

 

  • Lead the business development team to drive growth

  • Set and execute the business development strategy together with the CEO

  • Set goals for the business development team and ensure they are fulfilled

  • Following up on the business development and sales activities of the team

  • Be part of recruiting and onboarding new team members

  • Setting and monitoring key metrics for the team

  • Understand the evolving needs of our clients

  • Skillfully identify opportunities our clients' and potential clients' learning and digital development

  • Drive our company's outreach and recruitment of clients;

  • Advise clients and potential clients on their needs in relation to digital transformation;

  • Develop and innovate our education programs to fit the needs of our clients;

  • Oversee the management of our customer relationships.

 

As part of this work, you will operate at the cutting edge of digital transformation with some of the most impactful companies in Europe. You will engage with top leaders and executives across all industries and sectors to understand their needs around knowledge and leadership in a rapidly transforming world. Your work and experience will also serve as the basis of your thought leadership to engage and shape the public conversation around this vital topic. Ultimately, your mission and work with Stellar Capacity will make an immediate and deep impact in the world of business and technology.

 

In order to effectively engage with this vital work, we are looking for a leader with the following qualifications:

 

  • Leadership experience in business development, sales or similar roles.

  • Experience in management consulting or similar roles

  • Experience from structuring business development processes and working to reach set goals. 

  • A background in driving growth in a digitally oriented company and have a digital mindset as well as a good understanding of behaviors in a digital context.

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Swedish as well as English. You are passionate about using language as a tool to communicate your thoughts and ideas.

  • Have a learning mindset and a genuine interest in technology, digitalization, and leadership.
