Head of Executive Development

Stellar Capacity (part of Exponential AB) is an international education company focused on professional development related to exponential technologies and digitalization. During the past years, more than 65 000 executives, leaders and individuals have taken part in Exponentials lectures and programs. We support our clients actively in their digital transformation journey by designing and implementing customized professional development programs. Exponential was founded by CEO Claudia Olsson, Young Global Leader at World Economic Forum and the Head of Executive Development reports directly to the CEO.

As the Head of our Executive Development program, you will lead our efforts to reach out directly to high-level executives in both private and public organizations. You will head our work to strengthen the relationship with our existing clients as well as actively pursue and develop opportunities to reach out to potential clients to demonstrate the value of Stellar Capacity’s executive training programs. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop the strategy, branding, and approaches to successfully fulfill this mission and you will play an instrumental role in sales and outreach.

 

As a person, you are not only determined, ambitious, structured and innovative, but also have excellent interpersonal skills which you love to apply when conveying ideas in different types of sales situations. You enjoy working in and leading agile teams that move quickly and are results-oriented. You are good in setting ambitious yet measurable and achievable goals, not only for yourself but for the team and organization in general.

 

For this role, we are looking for:

  • A recent graduate within Business, Engineering, International Relations or other related field with a few years of working experience

  • Great interest in the latest technological advancements and the future of skills

  • Team-player with ambition to develop into an impactful leader

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude

  • Desire to develop your personal network through sales and marketing experience

  • Highly organized and analytical

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, excellent command of both the English and Swedish language

  • Leadership track-record from student unions, sports, or other extracurricular activity
