LIFE AT STELLAR CAPACITY
What it's like here
Stellar Capacity is a multinational team based in the heart of Stockholm. We move quickly, keep decision-making close to the work, and care about improving what could work better. Everyone contributes, everyone learns, and everyone plays a part in making the work stronger.
A typical week might move from running an executive workshop to pressure-testing a new AI tool to rebuilding how we explain a concept that didn't land. We stay at the front edge of what's happening in technology — not to keep up, but because we're genuinely curious and it makes the work better.
