Your Role

Partner with clients to understand goals, explore options, and co-create clear program proposals. Work alongside our design, marketing, and operations teams to keep handoffs seamless from first meeting through delivery. You’ll also participate in AI programs to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and identify thoughtful next steps.
 

  • Build and advance pipeline through targeted outreach and timely follow-up; align with marketing on campaigns and events.
     

  • Run discovery and solutioning: diagnose goals, shape recommendations, and translate needs into clear program proposals.
     

  • Own core deal stages: qualify, scope, propose, negotiate, and close mid- to large-size engagements.
     

  • Lead key relationships: serve as the day-to-day point for strategic accounts; steward executive touchpoints and stakeholder alignment.
     

  • Support “all things program + sales”: contribute to decks, one-pagers, agendas, briefs, delivery checklists, follow-ups, and case studies.
     

  • Partner cross-functionally: channel client and market insights to refine offerings, messaging, and GTM; ensure strong handoffs to delivery.
     

  • Represent the brand at webinars, workshops, and industry events- and convert interest into next steps.

What You Bring

  • Experience in B2B sales or business development (edtech, training, consulting, or services a plus).

  • Confident with outbound outreach and meeting  activity/pipeline targets.

  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset; you think beyond templates to design what fits the client best.

  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills with senior stakeholders; clear, persuasive writing.

  • Experience supporting program delivery (workshops, cohorts, trainings) and collaborating across teams.

  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable with CRM, funnel metrics, and forecasting.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI, leadership, and learning; you like turning ideas into action.

  • Fluent in English and Swedish.
