The Anna Belfrage Stellar Capacity Scholarship supports entrepreneurs, NGO leaders, and mission-driven builders who are creating measurable impact and multiplying positive change in their communities and beyond.
The scholarship was established in honour of Anna Belfrage, whose dedication to knowledge, creativity, and human understanding reflects the values at the heart of Stellar Capacity.

LIFE AT STELLAR CAPACITY
What it's like here
Stellar Capacity is a multinational team based in the heart of Stockholm. We move quickly, keep decision-making close to the work, and care about improving what could work better. Everyone contributes, everyone learns, and everyone plays a part in making the work stronger.
A typical week might move from leading a workshop for senior leaders to testing a new AI tool or creating a new solution, such as a game, a scenario exercise, or a tool to anchor knowledge and drive change.
