🚀 Who you are

5+ years of proven success in B2B solution sales

2+ years leading and developing high-performing sales teams

Experience in consultative selling

An entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in dynamic environments

A hands-on and solutions-oriented personality driven by belief, not prestige

Experience from, or eagerness for, working in a small but growing team

Deep curiosity about digital transformation, AI, and the future of work

Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
