We are now looking for a Program Manager who will not only drive the delivery of our learning programs but also take ownership of the day-to-day running of our office. What You Will Do

Program Management:

• Manage and coordinate the planning and execution of all programs, ensuring smooth delivery and top-quality learning experiences.

• Build strong client relationships, maintaining communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Shape the development of new programs together with faculty, researchers, and internal teams.

• Lead project managers and collaborate across teams to align goals and actions.

• Oversee project tracking, key deliverables, and continuous improvement of content and structure.

Office Management and Coordination:

• Take charge of ordering supplies, keeping inventory lists up to date, and ensuring the office is tidy, organised, and welcoming.

• Support smaller interior design initiatives to keep the office space fresh and inspiring.

• Manage logistics for programs and events, including bookings, catering, and materials.

• Contribute to marketing and PR activities, including basic design tasks and proofreading content.

• Keep programme plans, timelines, and documents on track and in order.
   

Public Relations & Thought Leadershi

• Help develop and execute PR strategies that raise Stellar Capacity’s profile.

• Create engaging articles, speaker proposals, and thought leadership pieces.

• Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key partners.
