Qualifications

Sales Development Intern

As a Sales Development Intern, you will be working with guiding new executive clients throughout our sales process and participating in all related sales actions and events. Join our innovative, tight-knit team located in central Stockholm today – there’s no better place to kick-start your career!

Internship Focus

  • Identify leads and contacts to our open programs

  • Drive the sales process and buyer journey – from start to finish

  • Direct client interfacing through email and telephone cold calling

  • Make new contacts by phone and email, participate in networking events, and represent the company in different contexts.

  • Contribute to developing sales strategies

  • Assist our program manager with related tasks to reach sales goals

  • Work towards KPIs and the sales target, with a drive to reach and overachieve individual and team results

  • Assist with operational needs and tasks.​

Requirements

  • Sales-oriented: eager to meet goals & create measurable results 

  • Must see the phone as your very best friend in developing new customer relationships

  • Knowledge in digital development is a plus, but perhaps more crucial is having an interest in the digital field

  • You are empathetic and can build relationships quickly

  • A proactive & entrepreneurial mindset – a proven track record of idea to action

  • A commitment to continuous growth – learning and feedback is part of our DNA!

  • You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and have an eagerness to make a difference

  • Strong command of written and spoken English OR Swedish – both is a big plus

You will be working with our multidisciplinary and growth-oriented team and will have the opportunity to learn about new technology developments as well as a wide variety of the domains and industries our clients are in.

 

We provide training, individual coaching, guidance and support, as well as valuable work experience helping to take your sales and people skills to the next level. The length of the internship program is 4-6 months.

This is a commission-based internship position.

Internship Focus​

  • Copywriting/content creation for a variety of audiences and platforms (i.e. blogs, website, marketing emails, pitches, thought leadership articles, social media organic posts and ads, etc.)

  • Social media content strategy and content creation (organic posts and ads)

  • Brainstorm creatively and strategically with your team to come up with innovative campaigns

  • Drive activity that supports the positioning of the organisation; actively support the management of our brand, reputation and content on both a proactive and reactive basis

  • Learn and amplify the company’s voice and use it to tell our story

  • Follow and reach marketing KPIs 

  • Identify and innovate new ways to grow awareness and recognition of our brand online

  • Research news, technologies, and digital developments.

  • Assist with operational needs and tasks.

Who you are:

  • You are passionate about technology, leadership and continuous learning.

  • You are a skilled content producer, who will be able to distill complex issues into concise and compelling stories.

  • You have endless curiosity and a willingness to take on big challenges.
