What it's like here
Stellar Capacity is a small team based in the heart of Stockholm, working hybrid. We are a small team with short decision paths, low ego, and a bias for fixing what isn't working. Everyone helps, everyone learns.
A typical week might move from running an executive workshop to pressure-testing a new AI tool to rebuilding how we explain a concept that didn't land. We stay at the front edge of what's happening in technology — not to keep up, but because we're genuinely curious and it makes the work better.
